7-Eleven Hosts 'Hot Deal Event' for Seollal Gift Sets
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Seven Eleven announced on the 12th that it will hold a Lunar New Year gift set "Hot Deal Event" on the Seven Eleven mobile app "Seven App" in celebration of the upcoming Lunar New Year.
The event will be held from the 13th to the 17th through the Seven App "Hot Deal" corner, where designated products (limited to 50 units per day) can be purchased at a 60% discounted price (5,000 KRW, 10,000 KRW) every day at 11 a.m. The products consist of commonly sought-after holiday gift sets such as cooking oil and tuna.
In addition, Seven Eleven has selected seven best holiday gift sets and is conducting pre-sales at a 20% discounted price on the Seven App.
When purchasing holiday gift sets through the Seven App, customers can use the "Smart Pick" service to pick up their orders at stores near their hometown. This service was planned to help customers returning home during the holiday season travel more conveniently. After purchasing the gift set on the Seven App, customers can register the pickup store where they want to receive the product and then collect their ordered items.
Meanwhile, Seven Eleven has been actively selling over 520 types of holiday gift sets since last month. Orders for "parcel products," which are delivered to the desired address, can be placed with free shipping benefits until the 17th, and "regular products" can be purchased at Seven Eleven stores nationwide until the 31st, after the Lunar New Year holiday.
