The Gangseo Police Station in Seoul announced on the 10th that they have booked and are investigating a man in his 20s, identified as Mr. A, on charges of trespassing.
Mr. A is suspected of entering an officetel in Yeomchang-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, in the early morning of the 6th and wandering through several floors while pressing his ear against apartment doors to eavesdrop on sounds.
The officetel is a 15-story building where access through the first-floor entrance requires a card. It is known that Mr. A does not reside in the officetel.
According to the police investigation, files suspected to be illegal recordings and illegal videos were found on Mr. A’s mobile phone.
