The LPGA Tour announced on the 11th (Korean time) that "In the fan vote finals for the best player of the past 10 years, Park In-bee recorded 53% of the votes against Brooke Henderson (Canada)." Park In-bee is the 'Golf Empress' who has won a total of 19 victories on the LPGA Tour, including 7 major wins. Between 2010 and 2019, she won an impressive 18 times, including 6 major championships. She also achieved a gold medal at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics and was inducted into the Hall of Fame.

Since the end of last year, the LPGA Tour has been selecting the best player through a tournament-style fan vote from 16 candidates. Park In-bee, who was the top seed, started by defeating Michelle Wie (USA) in the first round, then beat Park Sung-hyun (27) in the second round, and Lydia Ko (New Zealand) in the third round semifinals. The 14th seed Henderson defeated Stacy Lewis, Lexi Thompson (both USA), and Cheng Yan-yi (Taiwan), but was no match for Park In-bee.
