PD Na Young-seok: "Lee Seung-gi approached me with a contract during '1 Night 2 Days' recruitment"
Producer Na Young-seok revealed the process of teaming up with Lee Seung-gi after a long time.
At the tvN 'Friday Friday Night' press conference held at the Stanford Hotel in Sangam, Seoul, at 2 p.m. on the 10th, Producer Na Young-seok spoke about 'Experience Life Factory,' featuring Lee Seung-gi, saying, "When visiting factories, we also go to small home-based factories in rural areas. We need to naturally interact with the workers and work alongside them. For that, the person must be someone the entire nation knows and approaches sincerely, and Lee Seung-gi came to mind."
Producer Na Young-seok said, "Lee Seung-gi is someone known by the entire nation and fundamentally sincere, so I thought he could show a hardworking side when working," expressing great satisfaction with the casting.
It has been a very long time since working with Lee Seung-gi again. Producer Na said, "Lee Seung-gi's charm lies in his clumsiness and flaws but also in his sincerity and determination to fulfill his responsibilities. I think this segment suits him perfectly."

Producer Na Young-seok mentioned the contract Lee Seung-gi agreed to in February 2020 to team up with him during the '1 Night 2 Days' days. Producer Na said, "That contract still exists, and it ends in February. Since there isn’t much time left, I told him to give it his all at the end and work hard together after a long time. He was surprised and asked if it still existed. He has been quietly following the plan." He added, "That contract was for appearing on '1 Night 2 Days,' so it’s actually not valid. It has nothing to do with this, but knowing that, he willingly agreed to the new program, and I am more grateful than anyone."
