[Asia Economy Reporter Jong-il Park] Mapo-gu (Mayor Yoo Dong-gyun) will accept applications for the "2020 Park and Green Space Temporary Worker Recruitment" from the 14th to the 15th.
The recruitment fields include ▲Park Maintenance ▲Landscaping and Street Tree Management ▲Natural Ecology Management ▲Gyeongui Line and Green Space Management ▲Facility Fields (Electrical and Equipment), with a total of 91 temporary workers planned to be hired across these five areas.
The working period is a total of 8 months, with work starting sequentially as needed from February to December.
Applicants must be physically healthy individuals aged 20 or older as of the announcement date (January 6, 2020) (born on or before January 7, 2000), registered residents of Mapo-gu, and registered as job seekers at the Mapo-gu Office Job Center (3153-9551~4) to be eligible to apply.
The work locations include 84 parks such as neighborhood parks and children's parks in Mapo-gu, 40 village yards and rest areas, as well as other forests and rivers. The monthly wage is approximately 2.19 million KRW (based on 209 working hours per month) and may vary depending on working hours.
The open recruitment process consists of a first round of document screening, a second round of physical fitness tests, a third round of technical tests, and a fourth round of public lottery selection.
Residents wishing to apply for the temporary worker positions must visit the Park and Green Space Division on the 4th floor of Mapo-gu Office during the application period to submit their applications.
