McDonald's, "Creating a 'Better McDonald's' Together with Restaurant Managers Nationwide"
Korea McDonald's is holding an event inviting headquarters and restaurant employees to share the previous year's achievements and the New Year's plans.

McDonald's announced on the 9th that from the 6th to the 7th, it invited about 400 restaurant management managers from across the country to Vivaldi Park in Hongcheon, Gangwon Province, to hold the 'National Restaurant Manager Convention,' where they shared the year's achievements and New Year's plans.
McDonald's Korea presented a New Year's vision to move toward a better McDonald's and decided to focus on three main tasks: ▲Better Menu ▲Better Service ▲Better Environment. In particular, through continuous research and immersion in customers, they aim to proactively understand the lifestyle and needs of domestic customers and provide innovative and differentiated experiences unique to McDonald's, making 2020 the 'Year of Customer-Centricity.'

Jo Ju-yeon, President of McDonald's, said, "Customers are the center of our business and the reason we exist," adding, "In 2020, we want to show a better McDonald's and a new McDonald's by being more immersed in our customers." He continued, "We will make various efforts across all areas, from menu and service to environment, to sustainably grow in Korean society as the most beloved dining-out brand by customers."
