Yogiyo, Complete Overhaul of Mobile Home... User-Customized Services
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Delivery Hero Korea (CEO Kang Shin-bong) announced on the 7th that it has completely revamped the mobile home screen of its delivery application (hereinafter app) 'Yogiyo' to enhance user convenience.
This revamp is the first home screen overhaul since the launch of the Yogiyo service, featuring not only improved usability but also recommendations of various restaurants tailored to consumers' preferences based on big data. Through this, consumers can easily and quickly select the desired menu or restaurant.
The newly introduced 'Curation Recommendations' include ▲Today Only Discounts, showing all restaurants currently offering discounts; ▲Trending Local Restaurants, a list of the top 9 restaurants with the highest recent order counts; ▲Free Delivery, showing restaurants with no delivery fee; ▲Fastest Delivery, displaying restaurants with estimated delivery times under 35 minutes in order of speed; ▲My Taste Match, showing restaurants ordered by people with similar tastes; and ▲Newly Opened, a list of newly registered local restaurants on Yogiyo.
The arrangement of major categories on the home screen has also changed significantly. The existing vertical menu categories have been redesigned into a horizontal layout to enhance usability and expand exploration opportunities when ordering food. The channels through which restaurant partners can promote their restaurants have also been expanded more diversely than before.
