The actual transaction prices for apartment jeonse deposits in December of last year are as follows.

Seoul area apartment jeonse deposits range from a minimum of 1.68 million KRW to a maximum of 67.12 million KRW per 3.3㎡. The Banghwa 9 Complex apartment in Banghwa-dong, Gangseo-gu (exclusive area 39.84㎡) was contracted at the lowest deposit of 26.69 million KRW, while the Raemian Prestige apartment in Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu (exclusive area 222.15㎡) was contracted at the highest deposit of 3.05 billion KRW.

Busan area apartment jeonse deposits range from a minimum of 630,000 KRW to a maximum of 21.35 million KRW per 3.3㎡. The Songdo Jayu Beach apartment in Amnam-dong, Seo-gu (exclusive area 79.02㎡) was contracted at the lowest deposit of 15 million KRW, while the Myeongnyun I-Park 1 Complex apartment in Myeongnyun-dong, Dongnae-gu (exclusive area 110.3317㎡) was contracted at the highest deposit of 600 million KRW.
