The Cheonsa Free Meal Center is a nationwide volunteer organization under the National Volunteer Federation, currently providing free meals to marginalized groups such as low-income elderly living alone in 26 regions nationwide.
Thirty employees from the Korea Inclusive Finance Agency and the Credit Counseling and Recovery Service served meals to about 400 elderly visitors at the meal center that day and opened a one-day consultation desk within the Cheonsa Free Meal Center to provide inclusive finance and debt counseling.
The elderly visitors expressed their gratitude, saying, "We are thankful for the precious meal, and it was even better to receive inclusive finance consultations for debt issues where we needed help."
