Under the theme 'Finding Answers in the Classroom through Peer Spirit and Coaching,' the program focused on practical and case-based content designed to offer real support to fellow teachers in the classroom. As the first session, Hyunseop Kim, Director of the Lesson Design Research Institute, delivered a lecture titled 'Classroom Conversations that Open Minds, Coaching Leadership that Awakens Peer Spirit,' introducing methods for sharing lessons centered on empathy and support, as well as communication training.
This was followed by a special lecture from Insook Choi, former master teacher, who spoke on 'The Role and Practice of Teaching Growth Supporters through the Experience of a Master Teacher.' She shared school-specific support strategies and a wealth of coaching cases, receiving a strong response from participants.
Through this training, the 'Teaching Growth Supporters,' whose expertise has been strengthened, will serve as reliable partners in the field, sharing classroom concerns with their colleagues and supporting their professional growth.
