Once all projects are completed, approximately 11,800 households will be accommodated. This large-scale residential renewal project rivals the scale of Olympic Park Foreon, Seoul's largest reconstruction project with 12,032 households. Among these, the Samik Park Apartments project is progressing the fastest.
The relocation of Samik Park Apartments residents is considered the first tangible achievement among the reconstruction projects in the Myeongil and Gil-dong area. As the projects in the Myeongil and Gil-dong area proceed sequentially, it is expected that local infrastructure will be expanded and the area's urban competitiveness will be enhanced.
The district office plans to support the relocation of residents and systematically manage the site in cooperation with relevant organizations and associations during the relocation period. Subsequently, administrative support will be strengthened to ensure that demolition and follow-up procedures proceed without delay.
