Jeonbuk Bank Offers One Month of Free Storage with Savings Account: 'Superseed' Partnership Event
Self-Storage Service for Renting Personal Storage Spaces
An event has been launched that allows you to save money while easing your worries about storing your belongings.
Jeonbuk Bank, a subsidiary of JB Financial Group (President: Park Chunwon), announced on May 8 that it will hold the "JB Superseed Savings X Mini Storage Darak" partnership event until July 29. Customers who newly sign up for the Superseed Savings account will receive a one-month free voucher for "Darak," a domestic self-storage (personal storage rental) service.
This event stands out because it offers practical benefits that can be used in everyday situations, such as moving or organizing belongings.
The flagship installment savings product from Jeonbuk Bank, "JB Superseed Savings," is a fixed installment savings account with a base annual interest rate of 3.3%. By depositing a fixed amount each month, customers receive one "seed" per month (up to 11 seeds during the subscription period). If a seed is selected as a "Superseed," an additional preferential rate of 10.0% per year is applied, allowing customers to earn up to a maximum annual rate of 13.3%.
Since its launch in October 2023, the product has steadily gained popularity as Jeonbuk Bank's leading savings product, with customers continuously renewing their subscriptions upon maturity. Initially, only one account per person was allowed, but since July last year, the terms have been relaxed to allow multiple accounts per person.
The event partner, "Darak," is a self-storage service that allows individuals to rent personal storage spaces on a monthly basis. An increasing number of people are using it to temporarily store their belongings before or after moving, or to keep items such as seasonal or hobby goods that are inconvenient to store at home.
