CJ Olive Young announced on April 27 that it will present the "Olive Young Festa JAPAN 2026" at Makuhari Messe in Chiba Prefecture, Japan, from May 8 to 10.
Olive Young Festa is the first beauty festival in Korea, launched by Olive Young in 2019. This year, Olive Young has expanded its overseas distribution channels, including the launch of its international direct-purchase platform Global Mall, entry into offline stores in the United States, and a partnership with Sephora. As a result, the company is expanding the stage overseas to strengthen the presence of K-beauty locally.
This event will be held in conjunction with "KCON JAPAN 2026" during the same period, with a total of 55 brands showcasing trendy K-beauty products and differentiated content. Notably, the booths are designed to resemble Olive Young stores, and the walkways are recreated to evoke the streets of Myeong-dong and Hongdae—famous K-beauty shopping destinations in Korea—enhancing the immersive experience of the space.
To effectively highlight the latest trends in K-beauty, Olive Young has curated special zones featuring its core strength—curation. The main zones are the "Korean Cosme Ranking Zone" and the "K-Beauty Select Zone." The Korean Cosme Ranking Zone introduces 36 products across 12 categories, selected from the "2025 Olive Young Awards" winners based on Olive Young’s annual purchasing data. This allows even K-beauty beginners to easily choose popular Korean products without risk. The K-Beauty Select Zone proposes step-by-step routines so visitors can easily follow Korea's systematic beauty care methods in their daily lives.
To ensure the joy of discovering products leads to real purchasing benefits, the event will also feature the "Oliyang Limited Zone." In this zone, K-beauty products will be offered in sets at the maximum discounted prices through special promotions. Visitors can test the products on-site and purchase them at special prices through the Olive Young Global Mall. Customers participating in the event will receive coupons to purchase the sets at discounted prices and hidden coupons that can be used during the Olive Young Sale period.
In addition, the festival will offer popular beauty experience services that were previously only available at Olive Young stores, providing local customers with a unique K-beauty experience. At the "Touch-Up Lounge," Olive Young beauty consultants will provide "Quick Touch-Up Services" for the desired areas of makeup. At the "Biohealbo Zone," there will be events offering skin concern tests and personalized product recommendations based on individual needs.
