"Find Hidden Mileage for a Chance to Win Sydney Tickets"... Korean Air Encourages Membership Information Updates
Eight-Week Event from May 7 to June 30
Participation Available via Korean Air Website and Mobile App
Korean Air announced on this day that it will hold the "Hidden Mileage Lookup" promotion for eight weeks, from May 7 to June 30, to encourage SkyPass members to update their membership information.
This promotion is designed to make it easier for customers who have multiple membership numbers or have not updated their contact information for an extended period to conveniently update their personal information. The purpose is to emphasize the importance of keeping personal information up to date so that members do not miss out on key notifications, such as flight reservation details or mileage expiration.
Members are automatically entered into the promotion simply by completing either a "Membership Number Integration Request" or "Contact Information Update" through the "Hidden Mileage Lookup" menu on the Korean Air website or mobile app. The Membership Number Integration Request allows SkyPass members who have more than one membership number to consolidate them into a single account. By merging accumulated miles left on unused membership numbers, members can discover hidden mileage.
The Contact Information Update feature enables members to update outdated mobile phone numbers, incorrect email addresses, and other contact details to their current information. Notably, even if a member is not registered on the website, any SkyPass member can update their contact information through this menu.
Korean Air will hold a drawing among promotion participants and offer a variety of prizes. Two first-prize winners will each receive two round-trip international flight tickets to Sydney, Australia. In addition, five winners will receive two domestic round-trip tickets each, while 50 chicken meal sets and 100 hamburger meal sets will also be given away.
