CJ Cultural Foundation to Hold Popup Store for 20th Anniversary
A Space to Experience Music, Film, and Performance Opens in Seongsu-dong
To mark its 20th anniversary, the CJ Cultural Foundation will hold a popup store titled 'Dream to Stage' in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, for four days starting from May 22.
This event will showcase creators and works that the foundation has supported over the past 20 years. The foundation has operated programs such as 'Tune Up' to support indie musicians, 'Story Up' for emerging filmmakers, and 'Stage Up' for musical creators.
The popup store will feature a main zone and an MD zone, each themed around music, film, performance, and global content. The Tune Up zone will recreate a musician's studio, exhibiting instruments and cherished personal items, while the Story Up zone will screen trailers of films that received production support. The Stage Up zone will display stage costumes and props from original musicals including 'Goddess Is Watching', 'La Hechst', and 'Hongryeon'.
