The policy proposals focus on three main areas—urban environment, educational innovation, and cultural welfare—and present sustainable development strategies for Anseong. They also include a mid- to long-term vision that organically links industry, jobs, education, welfare, and the environment.
During the meeting, candidate Kim stated, "These policy proposals are meaningful materials that clearly outline directions and practical tasks to enhance Anseong's future competitiveness. In particular, I believe the policies faithfully reflect voices from the field, as they are the result of collaboration between citizens and experts."
He added, "The important thing is execution. Among the proposed policies, we will clearly set priorities and rapidly implement feasible projects, so that citizens can experience tangible results."
Key policies discussed at the meeting included: the establishment of Anseong as a specialized city for materials, parts, and equipment (MPE), based on the K-Semiconductor Nexus; early construction of industrial infrastructure at the Dongsin MPE Specialized Complex; improvement of residential conditions for young people; creation of a one-stop system for childbirth, postnatal care, and pediatric care; the 365 Safe Care public healthcare system; and the development of a leisure complex belt along the Anseongcheon waterfront.
Candidate Kim said, "Anseong is a city with great potential to grow by harmonizing industry and agriculture, education and culture. I will pursue responsible municipal administration to enhance the quality of life for citizens and create a future city where young people and businesses come together."
