ARIBIO Maintains Merger Drive With Solux as Top Priority
On May 18, ARIBIO stated that there has been no change in its plan to pursue a merger with Solux, despite speculation in some parts of the market regarding the possibility of a direct listing.
The company explained that confusion has arisen in the market after remarks about considering a direct listing, made during a recent press conference, were interpreted more broadly than intended.
An ARIBIO representative said, "Currently, the company's top priority is to pursue a merger with Solux," adding, "The possibility of a direct listing was mentioned as one of several strategic options."
The representative continued, "No decisions have been made regarding any changes to the merger structure, and the related procedures are proceeding according to the existing plan. We are also communicating smoothly with relevant authorities."
He added, "We plan to provide transparent updates on key developments to minimize confusion among the market and shareholders."
