Posco, Ecopro, Gyeongbuk Development Corporation... Gyeongbuk Prominent Sharing Companies Hold Social Contribution Meeting
The Gyeongbuk Community Chest of Korea (Chairman Jeon Wooheon) announced that on May 13, it held the "2026 Social Contribution and Prominent Sharing Companies Meeting" for corporate social contribution managers in the Gyeongbuk Sarangui-Yeolmae main conference room, where participants discussed the spread of a culture of sharing in the local community and sustainable cooperation strategies for social contribution.
More than 10 social contribution managers from organizations including iM Social Contribution Foundation, Ecopro, Samsung Electronics Gumi Plant, Hanjung NCS, Gyeongbuk Development Corporation, Posco, and Korea Transportation Safety Authority attended the meeting, sharing directions for community contribution and best practices in the region.

In particular, a professional lecture was offered on "2026 Social Contribution Trends and the Current State of Social Contribution in Gyeongbuk," which provided a valuable opportunity for participants to reflect on the direction of social contribution to promote the spread of ESG management and mutual growth with the local community.
Participants agreed on the importance of public-private cooperation to address local community issues and pledged to work closely together to realize corporate social responsibility and promote the spread of a sustainable culture of sharing.
