NAVER Expands Integration with Customer Management Services for Downloading Various Membership Discount Coupons
Membership Integration with CRM Available on SmartPlace
On May 14, NAVER announced that it has expanded integration with customer relationship management (CRM) services on NAVER Place, enhancing the convenience of membership management for business owners on the platform.
Business owners on NAVER Place can now utilize CRM services such as Dodopoint, Payhere, and OKPOS through the SmartPlace system.
Dodopoint, Payhere, and OKPOS are customer management services that provide various marketing solutions for membership customers, including coupon issuance, point accumulation, and discount benefits.
Previously, business owners on NAVER Place had to manage coupon issuance, discounts, and point accumulation for visitors using separate CRM solutions. With this new integration, they can now easily offer membership promotions and benefits through both NAVER Place and NAVER Map. In particular, the status of membership benefits such as discount coupons is displayed on store pages within NAVER Place and NAVER Map, helping business owners attract new customers.
MY Place also offers a feature that enables users to view membership and benefit information for each business at a glance. According to NAVER, "One out of four users who downloaded a membership-exclusive coupon from the Place store page used that coupon during payment at the store."
In addition to CRM, NAVER Place is expanding integration with franchise brands’ in-house membership management systems. In February, integration began with the in-house membership management system of the toast franchise 'Isaac Toast', and NAVER plans to further expand partnerships with a variety of other brands in the future.
