A consulting program is being launched for arts companies and organizations to redesign their organizational purpose and growth direction. The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Arts Management Support Center announced on May 14 that they are recruiting arts companies and organizations to participate in the "Mission and Vision Consulting for Arts Companies and Organizations" program until May 25.

View original imageThis program targets arts companies and organizations that need to establish or refine their mission, vision, and mid- to long-term strategies. The training consists of four sessions in total: three group workshops and one session of one-on-one customized coaching.
The detailed program includes establishing a mission and vision through current state assessment, creating values, organizational culture, and working methods, providing one-on-one coaching tailored to each company or organization, and developing company profiles and branding based on organizational value systems. During the training period, organizations will use internal discussions and AI brainstorming to concretize their mission, vision, core values, and organizational culture.
The training will be held every Monday from June 1 to June 22, from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., at Lecture Room B, 6th floor of Art Korea Lab in Jongno-gu, Seoul. The program is open to 5 to 7 arts companies or organizations, with up to 5 people per group (including representatives and members), for a total of approximately 25 participants. There is no fee to participate.
Applications must be submitted by organizational members together with a representative who is authorized to make final decisions, and can be completed on the Artmoa website by 6:00 p.m. on May 25.

An official from the Arts Industry Academy stated, "We conduct mission and vision consulting every year to strengthen the self-sustainability of arts companies and organizations with high growth potential," adding, "We hope this training will help arts companies and organizations establish a stable management system and further develop their self-reliance through strengthened business branding."
