DL E&C Opens Model House for "Acro Reverse Sky" in Noryangjin District 8
Special Allocations Begin on May 26
Increased General Supply with 285 Units Available
DL E&C announced on May 14 that it will open the model house for "Acro Reverse Sky," a new residential complex in Noryangjin New Town, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, on May 15 and officially begin sales.
Acro Reverse Sky is being developed as part of the Noryangjin District 8 Redevelopment Project. The complex will consist of 10 buildings, ranging from four basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 987 units sized between 36 and 140 square meters of exclusive space. Of these, 285 units will be offered through general sales. By area, the breakdown is as follows: 43 units of 36㎡, 9 units of 44㎡, 39 units of 51㎡, 16 units of 59㎡, 73 units of 84㎡A, 59 units of 84㎡B, 37 units of 84㎡C, 3 units of 84㎡T1, 3 units of 84㎡T2, and 3 units of 140㎡P.
Acro Reverse Sky boasts excellent transportation accessibility, with Noryangjin Station, an interchange station for Subway Lines 1 and 9, located within a 600-meter straight-line distance from the center of the complex. Residents can reach Yeouido Station in two stops, City Hall Station in four stops, and Express Bus Terminal Station in two stops, making it possible to access Seoul’s three major business districts in about 10 minutes. The complex also offers convenient access to Olympic-daero and other major roads via the Yeoui Upper IC.
Additionally, the complex is part of a school district, situated adjacent to Yeonghwa Elementary School. Students can walk to Yeongdeungpo Middle School, Yeongdeungpo High School, Soongui Girls’ Middle School, and Soongui Girls’ High School. The location also takes pride in its proximity to major hospitals, including The Catholic University of Korea Yeouido St. Mary’s Hospital, Chung-Ang University Hospital, and Seoul Boramae Hospital.
The interiors of the units are designed with ample storage space. Each unit type offers a walk-in closet in the bedrooms, as well as entryway and hallway pantries. The 59㎡A type features a four-bay flat layout that allows for cross ventilation. Furthermore, the "D Selection" interior solution enables residents to enjoy customized interior designs from the moment they move in.
The community facilities will include a kids’ lounge (multi-care center), a kids’ station for safe drop-off and pick-up, and a private study room designed like a personal reading lounge. DL E&C noted that the on-site daycare center will be significantly larger than those in other complexes to accommodate families with children. The high-end community "Club Acro" will also be established, featuring a fitness center, a Pilates room, and a two-story gymnasium.
The subscription schedule will begin with special allocations on May 26, followed by first-priority applications for local residents on May 27, first-priority applications for other regions on May 28, and second-priority applications on May 29. Winners will be announced on June 5, and the contract signing will take place over five days starting June 20. Move-in is scheduled for August 2029.
