SKAI Worldwide to Hold 'SKAI AI Strategy Seminar 2026' in Four Cities Nationwide
SKAI Worldwide, a company specializing in AI agents and database (DB) solutions, will hold a nationwide seminar to share artificial intelligence transformation (AX) strategies for public and educational institutions.
On May 14, SKAI Worldwide announced that it will host the 'SKAI AI Strategy Seminar 2026' in four cities—Seoul, Daejeon, Daegu, and Gwangju—from the 18th to the 21st of this month. The event will target approximately 200 public institutions, educational organizations, and partner companies, with the aim of presenting core technologies, execution strategies, and business opportunities required in the AX era.
The seminar will be held in a touring format, starting at Sungkyunkwan University in Seoul, followed by Anuta in Daejeon, Scale-Up Hub in Daegu, and Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology. The main focus is to introduce concrete implementation plans and solution strategies for converting existing legacy systems to AI-based architectures, specifically for organizations preparing for AI-based system transformation.
The event will feature keynote speeches on the government’s AX policy direction and response strategies, along with a variety of AI and DB solution demonstrations. SKAI Worldwide will unveil its AI agent 'ONTOVIA,' which significantly reduces hallucination phenomena by applying Knowledge Graph and Hybrid RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technologies.
Additionally, the company will present and demonstrate its DBMS solutions 'AgensSQL' and 'AI Migrator,' which enable stable migration from commercial databases such as Oracle and Tibero to an open-source PostgreSQL-based environment, while also integrating AI applications.
SKAI Worldwide will also share AX implementation case studies and achievements carried out in collaboration with public and private organizations. In particular, it will highlight the ONTOVIA case at the Korea Institute of Maritime and Fisheries Technology, presenting a proven AX reference in the public sector to emphasize its execution capabilities and technological expertise.
Jae-Hyuk Shin, CEO of SKAI Worldwide, stated, “AX transformation begins with designing a structure in which AI agents can accurately recognize, analyze, and make decisions based on data. Successful AX environment implementation requires both data conversion and advanced AI agent technology capabilities.”
He added, “SKAI Worldwide has built up the necessary technical capabilities through collaboration with numerous public and private institutions. Through this nationwide seminar, we aim to share validated AX strategies and solutions and further strengthen our position as a key AX partner in the public and education markets.”
Meanwhile, SKAI Worldwide is the only company in Korea holding a patent for graph database (Graph DB) technology. The company supports AX transformation across public and private industries with three AI and DB solutions: the DBMS 'AgensSQL' featuring core PostgreSQL-based technology; the enterprise-grade Cross Model DBMS 'AgensGraph,' which processes both relational (RDB) and graph (GDB) databases; and the proprietary GDB-based K-Hybrid AI agent 'ONTOVIA.'
Recently, SKAI Worldwide has participated in national projects such as the development plan for the e-Government Standard Framework (ISP) and the 2026 AI Voucher Support Project, and has also won AI and data projects for major public institutions, including the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the National Health Insurance Service.
