‘Record-Breaking Earnings’ APR to Recruit Experienced Professionals in Beauty Tech
Strengthening R&D and Production Systems for Home Beauty Devices
APR is launching a recruitment drive to strengthen its competitiveness in beauty tech.
On May 14, APR announced through its official recruitment website that it is hiring talent for research and development (R&D) as well as production. The recruitment will be conducted on a rolling basis, targeting professionals to enhance the research and development of home beauty devices, as well as to reinforce the processes of purchasing, manufacturing, and overall product development and production systems.
In particular, the R&D division will focus on recruiting experienced professionals. The company is seeking candidates with experience in mechanical design for home beauty devices, who will be responsible for a range of development tasks including product design, performance verification, and quality improvement.
Additionally, APR is hiring talent for its new business initiatives, which include EBD (energy-based device) medical devices and the skin booster segment. The medical device business unit will oversee the entire development process, from product planning and design to verification and mass production, while the skin booster unit will focus on developing products based on bioabsorbable polymers.
Beyond R&D, APR is also seeking talent to stabilize its production system, including manufacturing and purchasing roles. The manufacturing division will be in charge of the overall operation of beauty device production, contributing to greater manufacturing efficiency and enhanced quality competitiveness through production planning, quality control, and process improvement. The purchasing division will be responsible for the stable supply of raw materials, components, and finished products necessary for the production of cosmetics and beauty devices, and will also work on advancing the supply chain management system based on its in-house production facilities.
An APR representative stated, "This recruitment is aimed at securing R&D and production capabilities to strengthen our technological competitiveness," adding, "Through continued investment in R&D and talent acquisition, we will enhance our competitive edge in the beauty tech sector and establish a foundation for mid- to long-term growth."
