View original imageThis training was targeted at officers handling non-tax revenue assessments, and was particularly significant as it marked the first hands-on non-tax revenue computer training ever implemented by Hanam City. Unlike previous lecture-based theoretical education, the program was operated in a computer practice format similar to the actual work environment, enhancing its practical applicability in the field.
The training was led by a professional instructor from the Korea Local Information Research & Development Institute, focusing on the main features and processing procedures of the next-generation non-tax revenue system. Participants accessed the system directly and practiced, step by step, functions frequently used in their daily work, such as assessment and collection processing, sending payment demands, managing delinquencies, and registering seizures, thereby increasing their understanding of the work involved.
Particular emphasis was placed on sharing common error cases and complaint response scenarios that recur in practical work, so that officers could find solutions to real-world challenges they encounter on the job. The training went beyond simple feature explanations and was designed around real cases, concentrating on improving system utilization skills and the accuracy of work processing.
Through this training, the city expects to reduce administrative errors in the non-tax revenue assessment and collection process, enhance the efficiency of delinquency management, and minimize citizen inconvenience through faster and more accurate work handling. In addition, by raising the proficiency of officers, the city also anticipates establishing a more stable foundation for revenue operations.
