Gijang-gun Urban Management Corporation of Busan (Chairman Kim Yunjae) signed a 'Business Agreement for Regional Coexistence and Mutual Cooperation Development' with IBK Industrial Bank of Korea on May 7 at the corporation's headquarters conference room.
This agreement was established to strengthen the pursuit of shared growth within the local community and the social responsibility of public institutions, as well as to provide stable financial services and build an ESG-based cooperative system.
Through the agreement, the two organizations decided to mutually cooperate in several areas: efficient management of the corporation's operating funds and provision of financial services, support for ESG and financial consulting for partner small and medium-sized enterprises, and the promotion of projects related to regional coexistence and mutual cooperation.
Based on this agreement, the corporation plans to enhance the stability and efficiency of its financial operations through its cooperative relationship with IBK Industrial Bank of Korea, and to expand financial and ESG support for local small and medium-sized enterprises, thereby contributing to the revitalization of the local economy.
Kim Yunjae, Chairman of Gijang-gun Urban Management Corporation, stated, "This agreement is significant in that it enables public institutions and financial institutions to jointly support the sustainable growth of the local community and small and medium-sized enterprises," adding, "We will continue to discover and promote practical collaborative projects for regional coexistence and the realization of social value."
