Polaris Office Launches Integrated Package with M365, Jira, and WantedSpace to Maximize B2B Synergy
Polaris Office is expanding its presence in the business-to-business (B2B) market by launching an integrated work package that combines business software with collaboration and human resources management solutions.
On May 11, Polaris Office announced that it will introduce a new 'All-in-One Work Package', which integrates four core business solutions: its own office software, Microsoft 365 (M365), Jira, and WantedSpace.
This package will be unveiled for the first time at Wanted Highfive 2026, which will take place at COEX in Seoul on May 12. The event is a large-scale conference where HR professionals and company practitioners share trends in HR, recruitment, and work innovation. At this event, Polaris Office plans to present a new direction for the business environment.
The company explained that this package is designed to address communication breakdowns and workflow bottlenecks that arise when multiple work tools are operated separately within organizations. By organically connecting Polaris Office for document creation and compatibility/conversion features, M365 for messenger, drive, and calendar functions, Jira for project and collaboration management, and WantedSpace for systematic HR recordkeeping and management, the company aims to enhance corporate productivity.
In particular, the company emphasized that this package is the result of combining Polaris Group's B2B network and IT infrastructure capabilities. The project management solution Jira will be supplied by Polaris Office in partnership with Atlassian, and the HR solution WantedSpace is provided by a company acquired by its affiliate, Handisoft. By integrating both internal and external solutions within the group, Polaris Office can now provide customers with a single package offering.
The company has also established a customized pricing structure to reduce costs for client companies. For example, it will offer a 'Value Pack' centered on in-house messenger and essential business functions, as well as a 'Growth Pack' and 'Complete Pack' that include collaboration tools and project management features, thereby increasing accessibility and cost efficiency for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
A representative from Polaris Office stated, "Operating messenger, drive, project management, and HR recordkeeping separately is a major cause of reduced work efficiency. With this integrated package, which brings together the Group's IT solution capabilities, companies will be able to reduce unnecessary work hours and focus on their core work and growth."
The company plans to ramp up on-site marketing and B2B customer acquisition efforts following the release of this package. Going forward, it intends to continuously strengthen its integrated IT solution competitiveness by reflecting feedback from client companies and addressing real work challenges.
