Gangbuk District to Host "Vita One Meal" Cooking Class for Young Adults… Applications Open Until the 29th

Three Sessions to Be Held in June
On May 11, Gangbuk District in Seoul (District Mayor: Lee Sunhee) announced that it will be accepting applications for participants in the "Vita One Meal Cooking Class," a program designed to help young people develop healthy eating habits, until May 29.

View original imageThe program is open to young adults between the ages of 20 and 39 who either reside in or have their daily lives centered in Gangbuk District. Up to 20 participants will be accepted for each session. When applying, selecting the second and third preferred dates in addition to the first choice will increase the chances of being selected. Applications are accepted via the QR code provided in the recruitment notice, and the selection results will be announced on June 5.
The classes will be held three times in total at the cooking practice room of the Gangbuk Women’s Resources Development Center (Suyu Plaza, 4th floor). The sessions are scheduled for June 12, June 19, and June 26, each running from 7 PM to 9 PM.
The program was created to enable young people, who are accustomed to irregular meals and diets centered on eating out or convenience foods, to prepare healthy meals for themselves. It includes both nutrition education and hands-on cooking practice, introducing methods for creating simple yet balanced meal plans and practical cooking techniques that can be applied in daily life.
