On the 10th, he focused on winning public support in the eastern part of Jeonnam. He visited Suncheon Utjang Market to listen to the concerns of merchants and stressed the “virtuous cycle between education and the local economy.” In the afternoon, he attended the Suncheon Global Science Festival, where he discussed ways to vitalize future education with students and parents.
By doing so, Kang extended the focus of educational administration beyond school boundaries to encompass the real economy and the coming future. Throughout the weekend, he declared a clear break from conventional desk-bound administration, emphasizing that “answers in education must be found in the field, not on the desk.”
