In a congratulatory video, Seoul mayoral candidate Sehoon Oh said, "During Kangseok Seo’s tenure as district mayor, Songpa District underwent many changes. Over the next four years, the Jamsil Sports MICE Complex will transform dramatically, promising even greater development for Songpa District."
Chair Hyunjin Bae, in her congratulatory address, presented the People Power Party’s platform as focused on supply-driven apartment reconstruction, regional redevelopment, and alleviating tax burdens.
Congressman Park said, "We have resolved the conflicts that accumulated during the nomination process and have come together with a unified heart to elect Kangseok Seo as district mayor." Chair Geunsik Kim appealed, "The residents of Songpa District recognized Kangseok Seo’s achievements and supported him again in the nomination contest. Please join forces to ensure Seo’s victory."
