'Impact of Middle East Crisis' Jeju Air Implements Unpaid Leave for Cabin Crew
T'way Air and Aero K Also Implement Unpaid Leave
Jeju Air, which has reduced the number of flights due to rising oil prices, will implement unpaid leave for cabin crew members next month.
Jeju Air announced on May 8 that it has decided to accept applications for unpaid leave from cabin crew members who wish to participate. This decision comes as a result of a reduction in flight operations caused by a surge in oil prices due to instability in the Middle East. Jeju Air had previously reduced its international flight operations by 4% in May and June.
