Yedaham Receives Fair Trade Commission Chairman's Award for ESG Management

The K Yedaham (Yedaham) announced on May 7 that it was selected as an excellent company in the ESG corporate ethics category at the 20th (2026) National Sustainable ESG Conference, held at the Korea Press Center in Seoul, and received the Chairman's Award from the Korea Fair Trade Commission.
This conference is hosted by the Korea Journalists Association and supported by various government ministries, including the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Health and Welfare, and the Korea Fair Trade Commission. The event recognizes and awards companies and institutions that demonstrate excellence in ESG management.

View original imageYedaham explained that this achievement is an official recognition of its ongoing efforts in the funeral service industry to maintain transparent contract operations, establish fair business practices, and protect consumer rights and interests.
As part of its corporate social responsibility initiatives, Yedaham operates the "Sarang (Love) Daham" program. Through this program, the company collects 10% of the first payment from customers who join through its direct channels, as well as small change from employees' salaries (amounts less than 1,000 won), and donates these funds annually to support medical treatment and other needs of vulnerable groups and neighbors in need.
