Innoviz Association Recruiting Companies for 2026 Future Tomorrow Work Experience Program
8-Week Practical Internship Program
The Innoviz Association announced on April 30 that it is recruiting companies to participate in the “2026 Future Tomorrow Work Experience (Internship Type)” program in the fields of management and administration, advertising and marketing, and IT, in collaboration with the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Since signing a business agreement with the Ministry of Employment and Labor in 2023, the Innoviz Association has been continuously carrying out this program, matching a total of 967 young people with companies to date. In particular, last year, 301 young people participated, and approximately 37% of them were successfully hired as full-time employees.
Companies wishing to participate can apply through the Innoviz Association Work Experience Program website, and must submit the required documents and an operation plan by May 8 after applying.
Eligible participants include small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and mid-sized companies, public institutions, local public enterprises, nonprofit organizations, and nonprofit corporations with at least 10 employees covered by employment insurance (as of the end of the month prior to the application date). Participating youth must be unemployed individuals aged 15 to 34, and those who are employed or have business registrations as of the application date are not eligible to participate.
This program is available to companies without any financial burden. Participating companies receive support of 50,000 won per youth per week (200,000 won per month), and 37,500 won per mentor per week (150,000 won per month). Participating youth are provided with a pre-vocational training allowance (10,000 won per day) and a work experience allowance (37,500 won per week, up to 1.5 million won per month).
Pre-vocational training is also provided for youth participating in the internship. For residents of Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon, training will be conducted offline, while participants in other regions will receive real-time online training via ZOOM.
Detailed participation requirements and schedules can be found in the notices on the Innoviz Association Work Experience Program website.
