Baekdabang announced on the 30th that it has launched a summer season menu item called 'Urisubak Juice,' made with 100% domestically grown watermelons.
Since its first release in 2016, this menu item has been introduced every summer season. This year, due to the early heat with daytime highs reaching 27 to 29 degrees Celsius in April, the launch date was moved up by 15 days compared to last year.

View original imageThis year, Baekdabang will source watermelons from six major domestic production regions, including Haman, Uiryeong, and Eumseong, as well as Gochang, Bonghwa, and Yanggu. In response to the increasing demand for 'Urisubak Juice' each year, the company prearranged supply volumes of watermelons with partners from these domestic regions before the peak season and established a stable supply chain through systematic supply management.
