Hwasun County Holds Completion Ceremony for 'Livestock Equipment Integrated Logistics Center'
Convenience and Cost Savings Expected for Livestock Farmers
Hwasun County in South Jeolla Province announced that it held a completion ceremony for the 'Livestock Equipment Integrated Logistics Center' on April 24. The center aims to support management stability for livestock farms through the stable supply of livestock equipment and improved logistics efficiency.
The construction of this integrated logistics center was pursued to establish a smart livestock infrastructure. It enables livestock farmers to purchase various necessary equipment and feed in one place, and provides one-stop information by type of livestock, supplier, and item.
Until now, livestock farmers in the Hwasun region have faced considerable inconvenience in terms of logistics and purchasing due to the lack of specialized sales facilities. They have had to visit other areas such as Gwangju in person or experience long delivery times even when ordering by phone.

Inside, it is equipped with modern warehouses, offices, exhibition halls, and lounges, all designed for the convenience of farmers.
In particular, as it is located adjacent to the Hwasun Livestock Market, it is highly regarded for its geographical advantage that allows all livestock-related work to be handled in one place.
About 500 people, including executives and employees of the Hwasun Livestock Cooperative, county officials, and livestock farmers, attended the ceremony to celebrate the opening of the center.
