Jangseong County Strengthens Emergency Medical Support Capabilities Ahead of Sports for All Festival
Practical Training Utilizing Training AEDs and Mannequins
Jangseong County announced on the 22nd that it had conducted "emergency medical support capacity-building training" for medical support staff in preparation for the 21st Jeonnam Senior Sports for All Festival.

View original imageThe training, held on the 21st at the Jangseong County Family Center, featured experts from the Prevention and Safety Division of Jangseong Fire Station. The curriculum covered ▲emergency treatment theory and practice, ▲CPR and automated external defibrillator (AED) usage by recipient group, and ▲emergency response procedures for various patient conditions such as bleeding and fractures.
During the practical training, a training AED and mannequins were used to maximize training effectiveness.
Bokseo Park, Director of the Jangseong County Public Health Center, stated, "We will focus on strengthening medical support capabilities to protect the precious lives of sports festival visitors."

Jangseong County also plans to provide emergency medical support training in preparation for the 38th Jeollanam-do Sports for All Festival and the Jeollanam-do Sports for the Disabled Festival.
