Hurom participated in the Singapore FHA for the first time to expand its presence in the Asian B2B food and beverage market and the cafe and restaurant channels. The company plans to discover new distribution partners in Southeast Asia and emerging markets, and further expand its B2B channels.
At this exhibition, Hurom proposed its product lineup to hotel, restaurant, and cafe (HoReCa) buyers, focusing on the usability of its products in the commercial market. The company also emphasized its premium juice menu solutions and operational efficiency.
Hurom's commercial juicers, the CE50 and CP50, embody the company's expertise and know-how as the world's first developer of juicers. They are the first dual-press type juicers compatible with both EASY and PURE type filters. The 'dual press switching technology' allows users to quickly switch between products simply by changing the filter, depending on the characteristics of the ingredients or the menu style, without complicated operations.
The multi-screw of the EASY type, which comes standard with the CE50, enables users to easily and flexibly prepare a variety of recipes, from juice and smoothies to ice cream, without changing the filter, and is easy to clean. The PURE type mesh filter, standard with the CP50, cleanly filters out even the finest pulp.
Both models are equipped with a large-capacity 3L mega hopper and a commercial motor capable of 24-hour continuous operation, allowing for ample ingredient storage and extended use. The use of dishwasher-safe materials reduces the burden of cleaning. The electronic 4-key operation system enables users to store four frequently used recipes on four buttons, enhancing operational efficiency.
Hurom has been working to expand its B2B market presence by consecutively participating in the 'New York Restaurant Show' in New York last month, 'Internorga' in Hamburg, Germany, and the 'Hotellex' exhibition in Shanghai, China this month.
