NH Investment & Securities and Quotalab to Hold Stock Compensation System Practical Strategy Seminar
NH Investment & Securities announced on April 20 that it will hold the "Stock Compensation System Practical Strategy 2026" seminar together with Quotalab, a venture capital finance infrastructure company, at its Yeouido headquarters in Seoul on April 23.
This seminar is aimed at HR and finance professionals of listed companies with more than 1,000 employees holding treasury shares. It has been organized to help them respond to regulatory changes related to treasury shares following revisions to the Commercial Act, which will take effect on March 6, 2026.
The event will feature presentations including "Latest Trends in Employee Stock Compensation Systems and Introduction to the QuotaBook Program" by Quotalab, "Integrated Stock Compensation Solution Guide" by NH Investment & Securities, and "Tax Practice for Stock Compensation Systems."
The seminar will address how companies—especially those holding treasury shares—can utilize stock compensation systems to prevent talent outflow for long-term growth, enhance shareholder value, and practice responsible management, in response to today’s key corporate issues.
