Mirae Asset Life Insurance Launches 'Family Healthcare'... One-Stop Family Health Management
Mirae Asset Life Insurance announced on April 20 that it has newly launched the 'Family Healthcare' service, allowing not only customers but also their family and acquaintances to enjoy healthcare benefits through the digital healthcare service in its mobile app.
The Family Healthcare benefits expand the premium healthcare services previously offered to Orange Plus tier customers to now include family members and acquaintances of Orange tier customers (those who pay at least 50,000 won per month in protection-type insurance premiums). Both the Orange tier policyholder and the insured each receive three membership tickets, enabling up to six people to access the same healthcare benefits free of charge.
The main features include a one-stop service ranging from discounted health checkups to major hospital reservations. Additional offerings include: ▲ fast connection to renowned doctors and large hospital reservation proxy services ▲ heavy ion cancer treatment concierge support (including reservations at Japanese hospitals, flight tickets, accommodation, meals, and medical interpretation) ▲ overseas medical support (guidance to local hospitals and medical interpretation in the event of a medical incident abroad).
A child healthcare management service is also available. Children under the age of 14 of Orange tier or higher customers can apply for healthcare services through the Health Plus call center.
