Stricter Odd-Even Car Plate System for Employees

The Federation will strengthen practical measures centered on reducing vehicle usage and improving commuting methods. For its executives and staff, the policy will be upgraded from the previous five-day rotation to the odd-even system, and it will encourage the autonomous participation of SME cooperatives and member companies in this initiative.
To ease concentration of energy use during peak commuting hours, the Federation will promote flexible work arrangements such as staggered commuting hours.
Routine energy-saving activities will also be implemented in the workplace. This includes turning off unused office electronics and further promoting an eco-friendly work environment by reducing the use of disposable products.
Additionally, the Federation will pursue building operation efficiency by enforcing appropriate indoor temperature settings (20℃ for heating, 26℃ for cooling), switching off all lights during lunch breaks and in empty meeting rooms, strengthening power management for standby equipment, and operating elevators with greater flexibility.
