On April 1, the Jeollanam-do Social Service Institute announced that it held the "2026 SNS Supporters' Inauguration Ceremony" and officially commenced its activities.
At this inauguration ceremony, a total of 15 supporters received certificates of appointment, marking the official start of their activities. These supporters will serve as online PR ambassadors, covering key policies and projects of the institute as well as various social service sites, and producing and distributing blog and SNS content.
Director Shin Mikyung stated, "SNS supporters are not just about promotion; they are an important communication channel that vividly delivers the realities of social service sites in Jeollanam-do to local residents," adding, "I hope that each supporter will share warm stories of change across the region from their own perspective."
In the second part of the event, which focused on capacity building, CEO Kim Miju gave a lecture on "The Secret of Content That Moves People," sharing practical, work-based strategies for content creation.
During the final roundtable session, various opinions were presented regarding ways to invigorate field reporting, the direction of content planning, and the discovery of stories that resonate with residents. The supporters expressed strong commitment and high expectations for their future activities.
The Jeollanam-do Social Service Institute announced that it plans to incorporate the suggestions made during the event into its operations, aiming to build a participatory content ecosystem that goes beyond simple publicity and involves local residents.
Director Shin emphasized, "Supporters will serve as a bridge between the institute and the residents," and added, "We will enhance experiential social service promotion by producing content that reflects voices from the field."
