Doosan Robotics Acquires Shares Worth 23.9 Billion Won in U.S. Subsidiary
Doosan Robotics announced that it has acquired shares worth approximately 23.9 billion won in its U.S. subsidiary, which develops and sells automation equipment and robotic solutions.
According to the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure system on March 26, Doosan Robotics resolved during its board meeting on this day to acquire 4,854 shares of its U.S. subsidiary, Doosan Robotics Americas. The value of the acquisition is 23,927,636,158 won, which represents 5.94% of Doosan Robotics’ equity capital.
