Ainnut, a subsidiary of Kosdaq-listed Xperix, is expanding its business with a focus on strengthening AI-based data and financial technology capabilities. This collaboration is also being pursued as part of the group’s broader AI strategy.
Through this contract, the two companies will begin full-scale work on advancing the technology for a sales receivables-based early payment (factoring) service targeting small business owners. In the current small business finance market, there is typically a delay of several days to weeks before card sales or delivery platform revenue is actually deposited, and such settlement delays have long been cited as a major cause of cash flow disruptions.
To address this issue, Badapay Fintech has been operating a sales receivables factoring structure that provides funds in advance based on expected future sales. Through this partnership, the company aims to further enhance the precision and stability of its service.
The core of this project lies in developing technology that goes beyond simple early payment services, enabling sophisticated analysis of the value and collectability of sales receivables using agentic AI. To achieve this, the companies will focus on risk management functions such as predicting future cash flow through integrated sales data analysis, automatic optimization of early payment limits and timing, and early detection of potential sales decline and collection delays.
This technology also has the potential to be expanded into an integrated service supporting all aspects of small business management, such as order forecasting, automatic payment, and customer response support. During the collaboration period, pilot development and verification of these related features will also be carried out.
Ainnut plans to focus on developing agentic AI technology specialized in interpreting sales data and analyzing cash flow, rather than general-purpose AI, through this project. Based on this, the company aims to shift from the traditional "historical credit-based evaluation" of financial systems to a "real-time sales-based finance" approach.
