[2026 Asset Disclosure] Education Minister Choi Kyojin Reports 1.18 Billion Won in Assets
Minister of Education Choi Kyojin reported assets totaling approximately 1,180 million won.
According to the "2026 Public Officials Regular Asset Change Report" released in the official gazette on March 26 by the Government Public Officials Ethics Committee, Minister of Education Choi Kyojin declared assets of 1,186,455,000 won, an increase of 63,937,000 won from the previous year.
Minister Choi owns an apartment in Sejong City registered in his name, valued at 511,000,000 won.
Vice Minister of Education Choi Eunok reported assets of 3,446,676,000 won, an increase of 298,404,000 won.
Vice Minister Choi holds a pre-sale right to an apartment in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province under her name, valued at 227,690,000 won, and jointly owns an apartment in Seongdong District, Seoul with her spouse, valued at 1,080,000,000 won, among other assets.
Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education Superintendent Jeong Geunsik reported assets totaling 3,575,519,000 won, a decrease of 278,562,000 won from the previous year.
