On the afternoon of the 19th, Mayor Oh went up to the rooftop of the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts to look down on the overall stage and audience area, then checked the crowd flow in front of the main stage himself. In particular, he personally inspected "risk points that are not visible on maps," such as the exits of Gwanghwamun Station and bottleneck sections where crowds are expected to gather.
He stated, "We have almost finished preparations for the BTS comeback concert that all Koreans and people around the world have been waiting for," adding, "The festival will shine even brighter on the foundation of safety."
He also expressed confidence in securing sufficient amenities. Mayor Oh said, "With the cooperation of surrounding buildings, we have secured 2,551 restrooms," and added, "This scale should be more than enough to accommodate everyone." The Seoul Metropolitan Government expects at least 200,000 to 300,000 people to visit the site for this concert and has completed all preparations, including security against terrorism and restroom operations.
