Genesis Unveils Updated 'GV60' and 'GV70 Electrified Model'

GV70 Electrified Model Equipped with Ergo Motion Seat
Genesis launched the updated models, the '2027 GV60' and the '2027 GV70 Electrified Model', on March 19, offering enhanced customer convenience features.
The selling price of the GV60 remains unchanged at 64.9 million won (based on the eco-friendly vehicle tax benefits and 3.5% individual consumption tax), while customer convenience and safety features have been improved. The 'Pedal Misapplication Safety Assist' function, which limits the vehicle’s torque and intervenes in braking to reduce the risk of collision if the accelerator pedal is fully pressed while there is an obstacle within 1.5 meters at the front or rear when stationary or driving at low speed, is now included as a standard feature.
The rear seat-related options, which were previously bundled with both first and second-row features in the 'Convenience Package', have now been separated and offered as the 'Second Row Comfort Package', giving customers a wider range of choices according to their preferences.
The GV70 Electrified Model now features the highly requested driver's Ergo Motion Seat, which reduces driver fatigue and provides a comfortable driving environment. The recording time for the built-in dashcam has also been greatly extended from approximately 20 hours to 120 hours. In addition, a new interior color, 'Ocean Wave Blue·Havana Brown', and a new exterior color emphasizing a dynamic design, 'Troms Green', have been added.
The package structure has also been completely reorganized. For the 'Convenience Package', less frequently used features have been removed, making it more accessible in terms of price.
Genesis is introducing a new 'Popular Package II', which combines the most preferred packages from the GV70 internal combustion engine model: ▲Popular Package I ▲Driving Assistance Package II ▲Second Row Comfort Package ▲Built-in Cam Package.
A new 'Prestige Package', which brings together the highest-grade features, has also been introduced to enhance customer satisfaction and improve price rationality. The starting price for the GV70 Electrified Model is 75.8 million won.
