14 Major Groups Including Samsung, SK, Hyundai Motor, and LG
700 Companies to Participate in Recruitment Programs
"Supporting Seamless Transition from Job Preparation to Employment"
The government and the business sector are joining forces to launch the largest-ever youth employment fair, with over 700 companies participating. Six government ministries, including the Ministry of Employment and Labor, along with the Korea Economic Association and five other major economic organizations, as well as 14 leading domestic groups such as Samsung, SK, Hyundai Motor, and LG, have come together to address youth unemployment.
The Korea Economic Association announced on March 19 that, in cooperation with six government ministries—including the Ministry of Employment and Labor—the Win-Win Growth Committee, and various economic organizations, it will host the "2026 Korea Win-Win Recruitment Fair" over two days, April 28 and 29, at the aT Center in Yangjae, Seoul.
This recruitment fair will be a large-scale event encompassing major conglomerates, top partner companies, mid-sized companies, small and medium-sized enterprises, startups, and global corporations, with approximately 700 companies participating both online and offline. Leading domestic and international companies such as Samsung Electronics (participating in the K-Digital Training Hall), Tesla, Hanmi Pharm, SK Shieldus, and The Pinkfong Company will take part, offering a wide range of job opportunities to young job seekers.
Last October, the Korea Economic Association organized the "2025 Win-Win Partnership Recruitment Fair," with about 500 top partner companies from 13 major groups participating. This year, the scale will be further expanded, and various employment support programs reflecting job seekers' needs will be offered. In addition, recruitment incentive subsidies (with preference for companies based outside the Seoul metropolitan area) will be provided to top-performing partner companies of major conglomerates.

The online recruitment hall for the 2026 Korea Win-Win Recruitment Fair opened on March 19. The online platform was established ahead of the offline fair scheduled for April 28 (Tuesday) and 29 (Wednesday) at the aT Center in Yangjae, Seoul, to improve accessibility for job seekers and help companies hire talent more efficiently.
The online recruitment hall is operated through the Saramin job portal and will provide information on company job openings and online application services to job seekers for four months, until the end of July. The website allows users to: ▲apply to attend the offline fair; ▲reserve offline interviews and counseling sessions; ▲submit online job applications; ▲book a 1:1 coffee chat with a job senior. Job seekers who pass the document screening can proceed with subsequent steps, such as scheduling on-site interviews.
In advance of the fair, the Korea Economic Association will hold the pre-employment special lecture "Youth Employment Meetup Day" to help job seekers with practical preparation. This program will be held twice—on March 25 and April 1—at the FKI Tower Conference Center in Yeouido, Seoul, and will feature hands-on employment strategy sessions with recruitment market experts, corporate HR managers, and current employees.
The first session (March 25) is "Recruitment Trend Special Lecture Day," where Yoon Youngdon, head of Yoon Coach Institute and author of "Recruitment Trend," will introduce 2026 recruitment trends, including the use of artificial intelligence (AI), the expansion of rolling recruitment, and competency-based evaluations. This will be followed by Kim Seungjae, recruitment team leader at LX International, who will share effective strategies for writing resumes and cover letters that companies actually prefer.
The second session (April 1) is "IT Job Seekers Special Lecture & Mentoring Day," where current employees from major companies will present IT recruitment trends and job preparation strategies. Afterward, a select mentoring session (1:5 ratio) with 10 current IT professionals will allow participants to discuss their concerns about job preparation directly. On-site participants will receive a Saramin aptitude test package worth about 20,000 won and a Naver Pay benefit worth about 10,000 won. In addition, through a lottery, priority access will be granted to the "Job Senior 1:1 Coffee Chat" in-depth mentoring program held during the offline recruitment fair.
The Korea Economic Association stated, "We plan to expand our engagement with young people before the fair begins, so that practical job preparation can lead to successful employment connections."
