The Gumi City Council in North Gyeongsang Province held a personnel hearing for Lee Jae-woong, the candidate for President of Gumi Urban Corporation, during the third Special Personnel Hearing Committee meeting (chaired by Kim Wonseop) on March 17. The committee adopted a personnel hearing progress report with a 'suitable' opinion.
The Special Personnel Hearing Committee of the Gumi City Council conducted in-depth questions and answers regarding the candidate's ability to carry out duties, management expertise, vision for the corporation's operation, and policy direction.
The committee members positively evaluated the candidate for proposing efficient plans for urban development and public services based on his understanding and experience in public institution management, as well as expressing a strong commitment to stable corporate operations and citizen-centered management.
In particular, there was consensus on the candidate's presentation of various policy directions focused on strengthening the public nature of urban development projects, ensuring fiscal soundness, and improving the quality of life for citizens.
