Park Wansu, Governor of Gyeongsangnam-do, expressed his gratitude on March 17 after being confirmed as the People Power Party’s candidate for the 9th nationwide local elections for Governor of Gyeongsangnam-do.
On this day, Governor Park stated in a press release, "The Central Nomination Committee of the People Power Party for the 9th nationwide local elections has today nominated me as the sole candidate for Governor of Gyeongsangnam-do."
