Koscom Launches "One Division, One Volunteer Activity" Program to Promote Mutual Growth Management
Koscom announced on March 16 that it will officially implement the "2026 One Division, One Volunteer Activity" program, in which employees participate directly.
This program is a social contribution initiative in which every division of Koscom establishes an annual volunteer plan tailored to its unique characteristics and participates voluntarily. Its purpose goes beyond simple donations, aiming for employees to actively engage in the field, practice the value of mutual growth, and strengthen communication within the organization.
The program begins with the Financial Business Division’s delivery of holiday gifts for Seollal (February), followed by the Information Security Division’s management of the Hangang Garden (April), the Management Support Division’s meal service for seniors (April), and the IT Infrastructure Business Division’s cleanup at the National Cemetery (June).
In the second half of the year, the Capital Markets Division will conduct Chuseok holiday sharing activities (September), and the AX·R&D Division will organize a Kimchi of Love Fair (October). Employees based in Busan will also participate in a coastal cleanup at the Waterside Park in October. At the end of the year, the program will include Hangang plogging (November) and making Hope Boxes of Love (December).
