Mujin Machine Tool Donates 10 Million Won for Book Support to Children and Adolescents in Gwangju

View original imageThe Gwangju Community Chest of Korea (hereinafter referred to as “Gwangju Sarangui Yeolmae”) announced on March 11, 2026, that Mujin Machine Tool Co., Ltd. donated 10 million won to support book provision aimed at bridging the educational and cultural gap among children and adolescents in the Gwangju region.
The donation ceremony, held at Youngsinwon in Dong-gu, Gwangju on the same day, was attended by Seong Eun Cho, CEO of Mujin Machine Tool Co., Ltd.; Jin Seok Noh, Secretary General of Gwangju Sarangui Yeolmae; and representatives from the Gwangju Child Welfare Association.
The donated funds will be delivered through the Gwangju Child Welfare Association to 11 local child welfare facilities. They will be used to support book provision that enhances the basic learning abilities of children under protection and helps address educational and cultural disparities.
Seong Eun Cho, CEO of Mujin Machine Tool Co., Ltd., stated, "We prepared this donation with the hope that children can experience a broader world through books and grow up healthy," adding, "We will continue to support the children who will be responsible for the future of our country so that they can pursue their dreams."
Jin Seok Noh, Secretary General of Gwangju Sarangui Yeolmae, expressed, "I deeply thank CEO Seong Eun Cho for sharing his warm heart with the children in the region," and pledged, "We will do our utmost to ensure the donated funds are meaningfully delivered to children and adolescents in need."

Meanwhile, Mujin Machine Tool Co., Ltd. joined last year as the 23rd member of the high-value corporate donation program, 'Nanum Myungmun Gieop,' and CEO Seong Eun Cho is also the 161st member of the Honor Society, a high-value personal donation program of Gwangju Sarangui Yeolmae, currently serving as the chairperson of the fundraising committee, leading efforts to spread a culture of sharing in the region.
